I really needed two front tires. I was pre approved and received inaccurate information. They said I didn’t need a down payment. Once I got there I was told I needed a 50$ down payment but would settle for 20$. The things I really disliked is they are adamant about having 5 references that they must call and make contact on the spot and would not let me just get two tires I had to get 4. If not and you don’t qualify for their 3rd party leasing “Acima” your screwed.. I am grateful for being approved and taken care of after they closed which the employee confirmed when I first got there. I would have been lied to twice if not.. You better be popular or have family that will answer and vouch for you. If your like me and role solo, you better have decent credit. They were friendly though. I got to give it to God 😆

I like the fact when I walk into a place everyone is on point Especially Christopher Jesse M. Who knows a vehicle is your second biggest investment in your life so he treats your vehicle and you with respect. Even if nobody likes you not even your own family he will still go above and beyond to do his best to get what you want and, what you need. I witness this firsthand. Of course there's a queen holding things down making sure everything goes smooth as silk there's also a mechanic that is very competent and very knowledgeable about what he is doing and also knows how to treat a customer with respect and his vehicle if this team was a card game it would be a Royal Flush. 😁
